1. About the site
FORXCENT is a personal profile page that collects links to my accounts and some of my favourite games, films, series and music. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Nothing is sold
The site does not sell goods, services, subscriptions or digital content and takes no payments. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.
3. Refunds
Because nothing is sold here, no refunds apply. If you buy something from another service that the page links to (for example a game on Steam or Epic Games, or an item on eBay), the terms and refund rules of that service apply, not these. Your statutory consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the right to complaint under Norwegian and EU law, are not affected by anything on this page.
4. Information on the page
The content is for entertainment and general information. I try to keep it accurate, but I give no guarantee that it is complete or up to date. The clock that shows "Usually online" or "Usually offline" is only a rough pattern and not a promise that I am available. Lists of favourites are personal opinions. The page makes no claims about earnings, results or the quality of any product.
Mentions of games, films, series, music and brands are only to say what I like, or to link to them. I am not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these companies unless the page clearly says so. If the page ever contains paid or sponsored content, it will be clearly marked as advertising.
5. Third-party names and links
All trademarks, game titles, film and series titles, logos and music belong to their owners. Links open third-party services that I do not control. I am not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
6. Intellectual property
The FORXCENT name, logo, artwork, text and the code of this page belong to me unless stated otherwise. Fonts are JetBrains Mono and Unbounded, used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (JetBrains Mono licence, Unbounded licence). The background music track is not mine and belongs to its respective rights holders; it is played for atmosphere only and will be removed on request. Please do not copy the page, name or artwork as your own. If you believe something on the page infringes your rights, email Forxent@proton.me and I will look at it promptly and remove it if needed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attack, overload or attempt to break the site or its counter, and do not use automated tools in a way that harms it.
8. Liability
The site is provided "as is" and may change or go offline at any time. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for losses that arise from using the site or from links to other services. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, for example for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer in another country, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live still apply. Disputes should first be raised by email. Consumers can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or use the EU online dispute resolution channels where applicable.

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest update.
